Need Review :Trax vs Xplorer vs Gobi.

Found out this morning when I was about to ride to work. Mine is a Hepco & Becker Xplorer top case which normally filled with just my jacket and raincoat. And when I reach work, I lock my full face helmet inside. Never exceeded the load capacity before.

 

Common problem of Xplorer. Either u try claiming from Mtechnik or u'll have to send to Ah Ann (Bike Fabricator) 96793354 for repairs. Ah Ann will replace with a stainless steel clip. I think it's around $150.

Indeed my 1st xplorer the bracket broke off had Mtecknik rivet it back..

 

Den i noticed the new Xplorer by Krauser at motorworld using Krauser baseplate it no longer uses the bracket as a point to mount and thats y im back on my 2nd Xplorer by Krauser..

 

TS: what bike are you riding? I mean like the box also has to fit the bike haha eg: dunt think a honda wave wld look nice with xplorers...

Bro. Mind help abit. I riding cb400 spec 1 with spec 3 tail light. Thinking of putting a top box. Can recommend which fit well with my bike? Thinking of explorer 45l. Then about the rack where to purchase a reliable one?

For Hepco and Becker cases u need a Hepco and Becker rack... u can buy new from Mtechnik at Paya Ubi Ind. Nonetheless... u can also fabricate a similar rack at Bike Fabricator. Call ah ann at 96793354. His shop is at First East Building 10 Kaki Bukit Road 2 #03-27

Hi guys anyone knows h&b xplorer and krauser is interchangeable between their brackets, baseplate and top case? Meaning can be mix and match between those 2? Thanks
