hi, the PSB sticker on my helmet had peeled off, will I still be able to go for lessons, TP test and use on the road?

Is there any option to replace the sticker?

That looks pretty bad, i'd say no, the instructors/testers/TP will probably not consider this a valid PSB sticker.

You would need to purchase a new helmet to go for your lessons, test and riding on the roads in the future.

P.S. If you haven't decided what helmet you like, you can look for cheap PSB helmets (plenty around for <$100) but i recommend a quality helmet like Shoei, AGV, and the likes for the roads once you have passed your TP.

P.P.S. Open face helmets only are allowed in the schools. Full face helmets are not allowed.

Good luck!

If you buy a cheaper helmet, you could re-sell on Carousell or in our SBF Classifieds to another learner ride, probably lose only 20-30 bucks.

Haha yeah, that's why shops are selling "PSB Sticker Protectors" now. In fact, @ChongAik gives it free with the purchase of any Shoei helmet!

This PSB sticker is becoming very very valuable/important!

If you enrolled with SSDC or BBDC, they provide shared helmet free of charge.

Good to know @magicj, thanks for sharing!

But good to bring your own head scarf for hygiene reasons!

checked with one of the instructors today, he said it's ok with my sticker, though it doesn't show the info anymore, can still tell it's the PSB sticker and will be accepted by TP, heng ah!
