Signal light doesn't blink after changing from bulb to led

Hey all, I'm new to the DIY scene and I wanted to try changing my rear signal light since I heard its plug and play.
For the front signal light, it is still using bulb, whereas the rear signal light, I changed it to led.
Once I've plug in everything and check to see if its working. The signal light lid up but its not blinking.

Do I need to change my stock signal relay to an aftermarket signal relay for the led to blink?
Picture attached is an aftermarket signal relay that you can modify the blink rate.

(Do note that I have zero knowledge of electronics, please educate me!)

Yes.. you need to change the relay cuz the stock relay is adjusted to the voltage.. As led is lower voltage..
