Depends if 6hrs idling or 6hrs riding. While riding lower chance or over heating since the bike will be aircooled..

Riding throughout. Every 2 hrs, rest/off engine 15mins.

Any list of mechanic to refer to all the way to KL? (In case..)

What are you concerned about here?

Riding continuously in a consistent manner will be less detrimental to the engine than not. If it’s your first time, best to get your bike properly serviced before you go.

there are plenty of bike shops on the way to KL.

also, if it’s your first time, best to go with a couple of friends too.

can la.. 2 hours (200km) then pump and continue the journey.. :) (if your fuel tank can go at least 250km) 200KM will be alright.. don't go just nice.. (at least 30km buffer) make adjustment for fuel stops accordingly based on your FC on NSH..

as per Twiiin oil mentioned..

1) service your bike and check first before going

2) get at least 1-2 friends to tag along.. (even experienced rider could stunned for a couple of min for any unexpected events)
