3 years of reworking not complete. Need advise

Need some advise with fellow bikers out there. For the past 3 years, my bike is still with the bike shop that I sent to for rework. It has not been completed yet and it has been towed to another bike shop for repair. The bike has been laid up twice. Has anyone encounter such problems? What advise can you give me ? Thanks guys

that's abit ridiculous for "storing" your bike for 3 years isn't it?

What's your model and what's wrong with it? I mean.. usually most people 6 months already kpkb..

for me 2 days I'll kpkb already...
