Pinlock Pins

Any place selling the pins for a reasonable price? I called one distributor and they quoted me $20 for 1 pin. Not even a pair. That tiny piece of plastic doesn't even cost $1 to manufacture.

Which website?

if you looking at the films - shopee lazada should have..

if you looking at pins itself.. Only amazon have..

Alternatively.. search for 3D printing in Singapore.. ask them to print for you lor.. should be about $10 for the effort.. :)

I have checked Amazon and only UK ones have but shipping is more expensive than the pins...

no choice then.. A few choices for you.. :)

1) Buy locally and pay $20?

2) Buy from Amazon and pay that shipping charge.

3) Last choice.. check with those small or ad-hoc 3D printing companies lor.. if they are available and free to print one for you.. then use amazon pricing as a guidance and say how much you willing to pay for that small piece of plastic.. LOL..

i didn't know the pins are removable lol

for that price ($40 per pair), might as well get a new visor (which comes with the pins, doesn't it?)

Yes they are all removable, depending on your helmet some are just pushpins some come with a tiny screw holding them in. If my visor cost $40 of course I would buy a new one but mine costs US$70 so not sure how much the local shops are going to mark it up to, probably close to $200.

indeed.. if it's Lxxxr - just buy a new pair of helmet.. LOL

But if it's Sxxxi - think twice.. painfully.. 😂

👍 check with 3D printing companies bah.. if they willing for $10.. you save half the price.. but again.. the hassle of checking them individually..

Alternatively.. You can buy the 3D printer and be your own boss.. 😛 I did consider that possibilities when 3D printer first come out.. but again.. technologies move too fast for us to follow up...
