Nail in Rear Tyre

Was lubbing my chain in the morning when I noticed that there was a nail head on the rear tyre. Suspect the whole nail has been puntured into the rear tyre. Can I juz ignore it or do I have to pluck out the nail head ? Any advice ? Thx .

don pluck the nail head out unless u wan a flat tire ..

it should be safe to ride it to the bikeshop since you've been riding with the thing for

god knows how long. just take extra precaution since now you know about the nail.

try not to go too fast, you might make it worse..
