RE : accident i met yesterday, the taxi driver

turns the story around and said that i beat the red light..

 

im definately sure im on green light...

 

he sae i beat it..

 

he told the police officer he is on red light with green arrow turning

and i beat the red light thus running into him..

he alight and ask us how we are?

the taxidriver told the passerby i din bleed no blood..

 

den the passerby ask wat happen

the taxi driver told him dat we both on green light..

 

now he turn his story round and sae i beat red light

 

wtf man..

 

his car plate shc 1346 K ..

where did it happen? the exact time that it happen. Police IO should know be able to dig up the truth..

it happened at bukit batok st 22.. i hope the CCTV was there..

the driver is lying to the officer if he sae i beat the red light.

hmm. dint u slow down when approaching traffic junctions?

 

hopefully the CCTVs there are able to help if there is one.

dont noe whether if there is any cctv around..

 

i really hope there is, so i can get my justice prevail..

I had an accident similiar to urs too about 1 month ago. Taxi claimed didnt see me. TP still pending my case.

 

Anyway, based on this picture and description, and what TP had told me on the day of my accident, if you did say that you saw the taxi coming into the path in your statement, bike is liable for "Failure to keep a lookout" and taxi is liable for "Failure to keep a lookout" and "Failure to give way".

 

Also u hit the taxis fuel tank area, which is behind the driver's position.

I was hit at near the taxi's front wheels.

did the IO made u sign a letter of prosecution?

he told me to me fair to me and the taxi driver

u got to sign this.

he said that the taxi driver has signed it too.

 

if investigation is proven to be i at fault, i will be prosecuted...

 

at that point of time i should not have sign it.. as i can said this isnt fair to me at all..

but if i said that will i be charged for not following his order?

my friend told me if u hit the front of the taxi u might win the case because is the taxi that is failed to watch out for u and turn out ..

 

my friend said cause i hit the back of the taxi, i might not win afterall, becus is i fail to watch out for the taxi..

but i brake hard to try to stop ma..

den become i hit the back of the taxi.. really is not where i want to hit ma ..

hmmm...from what i see both have fault leh...approaching traffic u still speeding ar? if u slowed down u could have e-brake in time liao...

im not speeding.

if im speeding i wun only have sprain my wraist and my motorbike will have seriously damage..

Sometimes wen i hear these kinda stories, sorry most of da times i really feel like if im in da situation n not so serious, i'll juz stand n punch da sh*t out of these kinda fellas who are careless n yet turn da story around juz to protect their own backside... esp taxi drivers... bloody selfish no conscience or wateva u call it...i feel for u bro....
