ques on summon

hey guys, i got a ques regreting the summon.. cause i was summon on the thurs morning for not tearing my coupon... so nvm lo.. but the thing is i parked slot 1 n the person typed that i parked slot 49... so any idea can this be weave??

 

btw jus wandering, have anyone encounter been issued summon for not even tearing the coupon(leaving the coupon totally untear on the fuel tank cap)??

My bro was summoned once for the same issue. He didn't bother to weave the fine cos it was only 8 bux. Regarding your case, there could be a possibility to appeal against the fine. (May not be fool-proof) Go to the authority that summoned you, present to them the coupon (with the exact date torn, of course) and inform them that you have been wrongfully summoned cos of the wrong lot...

again, this is not fool-proof but worth trying if you really wanna save that 8-25 bux...

Best to go there in person 'cos they may choose to ignore your emails... or better yet, try both...
