almost fully stock bike with stock air filter...

Was told that the lower end is slight rich, but then it works out just nice over the rest of the rance... hehe... if more then 13, its lean... less then 13, its reach... optimum is about 12.8...

my understanding is 13.5 as optimum for local climate normal road use. race use is 14. who tune for u at unity?

I onli did the run at unity... running on "recommendations" on the jet kit as I installed it myself... hehe...

Was reading up on the ratio today.. hehe..

Optimum: 14.8

Race: 14.0

Aceleration: 13.0

2 strock: 12.0

anyway as long as its smooth and ready power, should be ok, right... better to be rick then lean... hehe...

"The majority of tuning all comes down to the Air Fuel ratio. Optimum power is generally around 12.6:1 while the stoichiometric value for a gasoline burning engine is about 14.6:1 for a good compromise of performance & mileage while Dynojet themselves generally target 13.2:1 when they build their own maps."

Something for us to read about... anyway its all for reference onli... Ride more... hehe...

what dynojet recommended is for their kind of climate. in local context, its not that appropriate to follow their settings. i was strongly not recommended to do a map download from the dynojet webbie for my PCIII for watever upgrade i intend to have in the future (eg. having a full system) as i did a custom mapping for my bike......

maybe u should check wats the optimum AFR for ur bike in local context.

well... the best reference that i can get in terms of rich and lean is the spark plugs lor...

As I said, those are onli for reference...

Unless I am a moving dyno or I have a portable unit, there is no way I can get the ideal misture lor...

ask motor diam with dyno machine to tune for u on dyno lor..... maybe pay a little $$$ more niah...

thats how they did the AF mix for my wave125 oso... :D cos tat time i put the keihin flatslide carb, dammmm hard to get to perfect AFR, so put on dynorun to measure & tune & measure & tune lor....
