hallo bros.. At last i decided on buying fz6s for touring and abit of tracking but collecting end of the mth.. Like to know more bout the bike ups n downs.. Hope to hear soon from u guyz..Cheers...

Its hard to give u an estimate cos it depends on the rider input on how he uses the brakes . The best option is to check the brake pads now n then . :smile:

Thanks mate! Cos I'm just thinking, on the average, how long everyone get to use the stock brake pad for? :) Like mine FZ6S, still using, after 2 years.

I think its abt to change after 2yrs of usage . The pads might have degraded in quality .

Cos I was using EBC for my rear brake, only use for 7mths, the brake pad finish liao. So thinking how come stock brake pad last me so long :)

bro mine too aft 2 yrs still using but the other time when i go servicing the mech ask me to change, he said mine finishing soon

wah i really feel there's a bit diff in my bike performance aft the recall, kinda lighter and smoother throttling

Thanks man. Thinking of changing back to stock brake pad and thinking of changing it myself to save a bit. Cos it seems easy. Heehee :)

Well, anyone knows how much 2 pair of stock front brake pad cost for FZ6S or is it the same as FZ1?

Yap yap. It's actually better response & I believe the digital throttle synchronization was better aligned. I peeped abit about the synchronization from someone but that guy didnt wanna let me know how it's done :) Haiz...
