they wont know if your bike have not being service by them at all so you hav to call and check

u guys mean if my bike has never been service by HL b4 & sway sway tio TPS problem, they won't resolve it for mi?

Nope they will still service and change for you if is TPS problem

the only change for fz1 is color change and yamaha did mention that the engine had been tuned to solve existing problem. that's the only change, other than that you wont see any major changes cos the design only came out in 06.

i m planing to get a fz1 but other then color diff for 06 n 07 is there any things else?

 

Btw have anyone tried the top speed of fz 1 n fz 6,

how abt the pick up of fz1 n fz6?

wich is better?

 

do they lose out alot to R1 n R6?

 

lastly how much is the otr price of both bike? any diff for 06 n 07 model in pricing/

Pickup FZ1 should be the faster one .

 

In terms of performance as compared to R1& R6 , the fz loses out as it was not designed as a race bike .

 

Bu t touring on it is great as compared to riding the R1 & R6 .

got 2 questions, and i hope they're not stupid ones:

 

1) does any one know how to change the speedo mode from mph to kph? when my friend bought the fazer 6, it was still in kph mode, but about a week later the mode changed to mph, but we dunno what we did to change the meter to the current mode.

 

2) the bike is 2nd hand, so we didn't get the manual. any idea where to get a copy? hopefully the manual contains instructions to solve the 1 question.

I forgot which button , but its juz press n hold either the mode or reset button .

brother brother, the ultimate place called LAB has all the bike covers you want for yamata bikes. all sizes too. no need to go to hL to get bike cover one
