but for a brand new, i seriously think $150 or below is vay way too hard to get it. if i rem it right, 2-3 yrs back, during a M.O we get it @ $150.

of cos, it gotta depend on the x-change rate.

my FZ6 04 is about 240-260 till reserve ...reserve still can go about 60 + but dunt dare try already ...as for the rattling sound ...does it come on when u hard throttle from low RPM ?

 

 

once u move off u can hear it.....and then all the way...ery irritating ah

get it @ 8k ....nov 04...tensioner/valve clearance/timing chain did it @ ubi....i dun wanna say which shop lah bro but dat shop got vey good review fr this forum so not nice...but after doing all dat still the prob not solve...spent abt 200+...so i sent the bike to agent HL...its been there for 4days y'day they call me n:( ...they say the valve clearance is totally out and the tensioneralso got prob...worst still mt plugs change by the previous shop wrong size!!!...i just hope the prob can settle...very sad leh....everything else was ok with the bike....n already check with HL the previous owner already change the TPS....

if the previous owner is reading this pls call me so at least i noe wats happenning....MR Winson pls call me 8one8twosix7six8...thks alot

Prob thats why for all engine works, it is always recomended to go back to the agents to do. You pay more for a peace of mind... Warranty included and quality of work almost guaranteed...

tat's a good idea, but i'm scared tat the wiring cannot tahan the heat from the engine!!!

 

maybe u can wrap the cables with some heat resistant thingy ? something like wat yamaha has done for some of our cables nearer to the engine ...

The shops all increase prices for profits..I got mine in 2004 without MO for $120 or $130 brand new...now alot pple wants this,so they jack up the prices...

 

Everything also go up,except my pay....

yesterday i was at HL and i saw a gray FZ6 do big repair so is yours
