Try 12.88km/l my friend :D

 

Mine was 13km/L after slip-on + knn filter and dyno. After doing the airbox mod and tweak the PC3 fuel ratio it gets better to 15km/L. Mixture of carpark warming-up,city and highway riding.

I'm having 19km/h for my FZ6 right now. But its not accurate yet since thats my first tank after my slip ons.

 

Will carry on monitoring my FC and keep everyone updated.

 

Will be doing the air box mod & grounding after my exams. Lots of time to spare, so might as well DIY some stuffs.

 

Read from http://www.fz6-forum.com, FZ6 07 and newer models has the 02 sensor. So everytime we do some mod to bike, remember to disconnect the bike battery and reconnect it for the ECU to do its mapping.

 

Or if you have the extra cash, can always go for PC3, otherwise, i stick to the battery method.

My FZ6S IU was fix on the left hand side at the handle bar.The bracket provided by Bike Production.Izzt a norm position? Anyone fix their IU elsewhere whereby it wouldnt spoil the look n block the view of the meter?

If yes,can provide the pic and advice where to get the unique IU bracket?

average forr fz6 s2 is about 21km/L. everyday riding. 100km/h +/- 20km

 

tested out today from gp esso to mersing and back. did a 354km total before reserved. expressway hit average 150km/h 20%, trunk road 110km/h 60%, town 80km/h 20%.

 

pump 16L to the rim. average 22.15km/L total weight with a top box and pillion about 130kg

man... did anyone encounter any problem with the neutral light before? Mine got problem after washing my bike today.... the neutral light will light up as long as I clutch in regardless which gear I am at... now cannot tell if I am at neutral gear or not.. headache....

I did mine at sheng kwan. At amk autopoint. Damage 70bucks. I got it when i first collect my bike.

 

Told bike shop if they give me the one that is fixed on my handle bar, i will reject the bike. I customize it at SK.

I riding a FZ1-N.

My bike FC is bout 18.5km/L. Everything stock.

Riding from Pungol to Tuas daily with no pillion so it more to 80% highway & 20% city. Travelling bout 90 km/h to 110km/h & sumtimes 120km/h to 140km/h.

 

Recently i hv dis prob where i juz move out from my carpark early mrg with temp bout 60C when suddenly the engine juz cut off. At first i thought it might be dat the engine was not at the rite temp so da next next i wait till 70C & same thing happen. Notice dat it happen whenever i try to pick up speed from gear 1 to 2.

 

Do any of u guys hv any prob as mine?

Hi bro , I did experience it before.You just need to adjust your idling.Make sure your RPM between 1 - 1.5 ...dat will be nice

How do you guys see the temp of your bike? My bike seems to only show the temp by bars. its like always abt 3 bars and if at traffic light then it may go up to 4 bars. Seems really quite hot. Even hotter than my spec2. My FZ6S manufactured in 2005 and registered in 2006. An additional thing is i hope to find the previous owner of this bike then maybe i can learn more abt the history of this bike. I bought this bike from bike production and the plate is FR##U. Anyone here knows the owner?

aye..i tried once..when i rode my bike untill poke* poke* poke* gt stuck at serangoon rd..heng theres a shell 2hundred meter away.

 

total pumped 19.5L...guess tats the total capacity for the bike.lolx.

Yup,

 

Its octane content gives the body extra boost, physically and mentally.

Can I be the marker? So I can zoom out from the middle of the group, rush on ahead at 170kph, then stop to mark location. Rinse and repeat.

your bike only 998 cc.... not 1000cc bike as stipulated. So cannot.
