guys, can anyone enlighten me whether its advisable to spray WD40 into my ignition key hole? my key hole is giving me a big headache.. it takes alot of effort to switch my ignition to on since i got my bike last week.. this morning it suddenly became real difficult to switch on.. it took me a few minutes to on my ignition each time today... hope its not because someone tempered with it... i understand the ignition is equipped with an electronic device tt sync with the key, tts y im afraid to apply WD40... called bikeshop and they asked me to apply WD40 though.. im still unsure... anyone can advise??

 

For me is 'Push the key in' than 'Tile abit backward' & turn.

As for use of WD40 like what the rest say applie on the key.

good morning everyone, by the way anyone got the problems with ur handle bar alignment? mine is slighty bending to the right. i tried bending it but the problem still comes back. anyone got solution to tis.?

Hi guys,

 

Wanna ask a question. Was riding in speeds of 100-105km/h and the rpm was 5500rpm.

 

Is it normal for a FZ6?

Thats the correct yamaha way to switch 'on' the bike.

Past rides are already history....

yes it is normal. unless u change the spockets to different size from oem :sweat:

Convoy of bikes in between the fuccking cars.... It's called the rush hour convoy.

COz i realise other Fazer had similar way of "tilting" the key in a way or two to turn it

the method really worked for me =) but i'll still try the wd40 method as it gets quite hard to insert my key and take it out at times..

Hey anyone nod wat insurance cheap fz6 05? wif 10% ncd. my bike expire soon sia now lookin got insurance. bike shop qoute mi 660 b4 ncd. i hear frm mitsu is 500 but bike mus not b under installment zzz. Any bro can advice?

hmm..u sure its ur handle bar alighment? it can be the head farring bracket...best is check wif the mech.

 

few days ago i went to this bike**b...heard they r specialise in rebuilt suspension....

 

I told him im riding gen2 fz1...n my front fork is v.soft...he told me need to replace the spring...i was like..-.-"

 

after tat i decided to go K&T...the boss told me tat its nt the spring prob...i juz need to adjust the front fork from the top of the fork.(adjustable) e told me its normal after few time ridind on track...phew....if not i'll be blur blur let tat bikeshop replace te spring..-.-"

2) after bath "wax" her.

3) when she hungry u "pump" petrol for her

4) buy her tank "bra" to protect her.

5) sliders prevent her from fall

6) buy her new "shoes" (tires)

7) this is the best part U RIDE HER EVERYDAY!
