Hey Yatz86,

- wat other bros said r some of e possibilities of wat caused e vibration of ur front wheel.

- i personally think its e front wheel balancing & e tyre pressure not hard enough.

 

- front wheel balancing not done properly, 1 won't feel e shaking/vibrating of e handle bar wen travelling at low constant speed of

- once 1 reach >80kmh, it starts 2 vibrate.

- y 80kmh? Its determined by e rating of e tyre used.

 

- my suggestion is 2 hav

1) e steering cone check. (free)

2) e front wheel re-balance. (abt $20)

 

e above r my personal views.

yatz bro, rem the list of item that was replaced when you had that accident early this year? was wheel bearing or steering cone part of the item? if not, it could be spoiled due to damage or wad... cus if i didn't rem wrongly, wheel bearing and steering cone can last u for v v long...

- yalor, steering cone & wheel bearing shd last for at least >5yrs.

- unless kena impact b4.

yatz bro, i would strongly suggest you to send your babe in to HL for a full body check up... let the professionals do their work and operate on your babe if necessary so that you can have a peace of mind when you go for touring again... :)

btw, jus tell them wad had happened to your babe before... so that they will know wad to do and wad to be checked and wad to be replaced... at the end of the day, i'm sure your mind will be as peaceful as the dead sea and be ready to step on the road with us again! :D

It depends very much on the bearing manufacturing batch quality too

 

if really pick on quality, i would say it could be really like 0.x% that could really go wrong... or if the bearing is within the changed list, it might be a un-compatible one instead... right?

after GP exit....go straight.........u will hit a T junction (if i never rmb wrongly) or rather 1st junction turn let.....shortly after you will see a petrol kiosk on the right....turn right into that area u will be able to see the washing place already cos its within walking distance..

 

note : the washing place is NOT beside nor inside the petrol kioks, its beside a makan place
