Hmmm tomorrow go take a look at the communication set

 

Today ordered the Scorpio i900 haha can't wait man for it to arrive. 1st time install alarm in bike after riding for donkey years

 

Oh ya wanna ask u guys, do u all put ur keys together with igintion key? I got alot keys n is abit heavy le. 2 disc lock keys hb box key,

E21 panniers key, wah see also sian now gonna add alarm remote also

yup scala rider is good! noise cancellation power! too bad mine was stolen... n too bad it doesnt connect to a iphone... haiz...

 

its a bit pricey though... but damn good... would be getting one when it connects with an iphone hehehe =P

i alws separate them into 2 bunch...

in fact the ignition key is away from the rest of the bunch...

so that i dun get my triple clamp scratched...

 

also, there's a motive there too...

other keys + alarm remote in the other bunch, when it comes to rain, i can keep this bunch in my box...

last time i use tinted headlight protector at NSHW becus i got a pair of super duper HIDs... i still can see well thru those tinteds...

that's y i said to u i use it only for touring and only for a few times...

 

HJC $100 helmet? u mean the promotion helmets at motoworld?

if yes, i own a HJC veronica helmet (the one with black roses de)...

any particular brand of headlight protectors to recommend? MW is selling Ventura brand. It says FZ1-S (06-08) dunno if it can fit v2010.

 

 

actually all brands headlight protectors work the same

but make sure that when the protectors mounted, there is sufficient spacing between the headlamp and the protectors, happedn on my previous viffer that it was too close, small stones got stuck in between, due to bike vibration, abrasion occurs and light scratches appear on my headlamp

 

if you wana play safe, get those rubber transparent studs, sstick it in the centre of the protector to support the gap betweeen the headlamp and the protector , can get it at any hardware store

typo! it's like wad oktray said, it's not veronica for me, it's venecia...

SG road is alright... but NSHW not too comfy cus noise quite high if you dun have plugs and prolong wearing will be a bit "suan"...

 

 

yeah....not fantastic in terms of aero-dynamic.... $100 helmet, don expect too much out of it

i personally recommend cardo...

fir_chan and me and a few other seniors are having it and still liking it!
