from my short experience of selling my personal bikes, most riders here also dont care much about accessories, apart from the exhaust. -.-'

for both my previous bikes i have dekit most of the stuff (apart from exhaust) before letting them go.

IF i were to sell my current bike, i hope it goes as a whole with the buyer putting into consideration the accessories. no need to take anything apart.

Rat bike - A motorcycle not necessarily kept in pristine condition, often painted matt black. Minimal maintenance and mismatched parts often used.

not really.. more like wanting to have a daily transport bike.. this bike is considered project completed bike for me already. lol. left with rims which is too ex for me to change.

After work, when I reached home, my girl will stick to me like glue. I want to poo poo and shower also cannot, let alone on my PC to TCSS in SBikeF here. lolz.

 

So can only be a keyboard warrior during office hours. lolz.

for light touring - best to get fairing version as it will greatly help you with the wind and you wun feel so tired. boxes on the fz6/1 doesnt look ugly. if have bagster tankbra, can also add on a tankbag. otherwise can also get a magnetic tankbag.

 

transport - local riding gives 20-21km/l which is better than almost all litres bike or 600cc sports. have no problem lane split in traffic as long as you have no side panniers

 

minor off road - i cant say much about off-road, but if malaysia trunk road and gravels road.. absolutely no problem. fz6 on its own have a high ground clearence and between undertray and wheels. no issues with high humps as well.

Thank you for your clarification. S1 limiter can be removed with a bit of DIY skills i suppose? Can I ask if you how much is the premium for you guys riding fz out there? I was quoted 1.6 for tpft for NTUC for 1 yr old fz1. 23 this year.

 

because fz6 is out of production, i am afraid that if I were to purchase to fz6 that is left with little amount of year, renewing the COE would not be a smart move.
