yo guys, need some advice. i change my steering cone bearing 2wks ago due to my handlebar shaking at 80km/hr n above but after changing the problem still persist. wat is the likely cause now?

1) after changing steering cone, you probably need a couple more tightenings over a couple of weeks as the cone sits in the steering head.

 

2) your rims ok?

 

3) brake rotors not warped?

 

4) wheels balanced?

 

5) tyre wear normal?

 

6) fork setting balanced?

 

the above are some things that can affect the stability at high speeds. if all ok and box taken out still like that, better bring it to a workshop to check it out. imagine what happens if that happens when you travel >160kmh or taking a corner...

It is amazing no motorist or pedestrians got hit ... like they know exactly when and

how to give way to each other .

 

When Singaporeans go to certain cities overseas , they not only can they see this

but also sometimes cross the road looking at the wrong direction.

Mi went Hong Leong in the afternoon, ask the salesman when 06FZ1 come, he say aga aga in march, they bring in abt 30bikes for the 1st batch, machine price is aga aga $15800, anyone order liao???????
