I dont think that is the main issue, as long as ex owner does take care of the maintenance religiously...what the point of taking say a 10000 miles bike but was trash and rape by the owner big time...

ya thts true la. But not easy to tell also weather got take care or not la but i think shld be ok la n he claims he haven't even been to JB b4 n in sg never went above 150. Frm wat i jus calculated yar bike n mine usage is abt 1400-1600km per mth i think its rather very low la.

 

My bandit i owned for 10mths out of which i was in BMT for 3mths n VT for 2mths so only actually rode daily for abt 6mths which i clocked 22000km in total.

you mean "whether" ...i definitely wont let the weather take care of my bikes, all the brothers here know i dont ride any of my bikes when the road is wet, dont talk about rain, i wont even bother to go out...

The mileage may count in the depreciation but this is all dollars and cents.

The real value and appreciation of the bike lies in the maintenance and the accessories..... ya

haha typo la...still sleepy jus came back frm breakfast. I too wish i dun ride in the rain but sg weather rain comes without warning can kenna caught halfway on journey even on NSHW i wasn't spared.
