i only started gettting problems after switching to my Micron cans.. my microns must be really messed up.. anyone know where i can service them? change stuffing, etc

Have you confrim the problem by changing back to your stock can. Never heard of unserviceable cans can cause engine problem.

f**K.. cans also not the problem.. pistons 2 & 3 still black, but stock cans not as bad as with micron cans.. bike warded to KK hospital for checkup by doc vic.. haiz..

Just a wild guess... Could the problem cause by power comander? or whatever you installed for dyno jet? and what you intend to do with those mess up micron cans ?

Is the stuffing removal need to be removed by welding? If by bolt on, u just need the materials n do stuffing yourself, n i can get for u thru the yard. We have tons here for insulation, best grade.

 

If by welding, check JeepChee or FongKim for better pricing, both at Ubi.

nah.. not by welding.. the whole can is held together by bolt.. at least mine is..

 

han, if u are getting some for phil, help me get some too.. its abt time i changed mine also.. hehehe..

its the rivets type.. just need to remove rivets.. change stuffing.. and rivet back..

Yes...its the weight, not about the sound, yet the Scorpion much more lighter. Enjoy the cans.
