hey guys. wad abt the gathering????? haha. the other weekend i went to cbf gathering.. cos my fren riding cbf. they met at kallang which i felt is a good place. wad abt there? during one of the weekends? weekdays i'm quite busy with work.. hope many mnay replies. :lol:

Hi bros.....wow....long time since i've been here man....uncle soh..still around ah? :)

 

haha....my roadwin now used as transport bike...no time to even wash it man. Anyways still no major issues for the bike. of coz, there were some issues earlier in the past 4 years...burnt starter, rectifier spoilt but thats abt it. Engine still going strong with max still hitting 115 kph. Been using K&N open pod filter all these while with no downturn in mileague...still around 31-33 km/l. So still loyal to my mini S4!!!

raden still waiting for the YZF 125? It seems its not coming... Its released in most countries already.

 

If got $$ buy yzf 125, might as well put alittle more to get RS 125. :p The new RS 125 looks so cool...

My Roadwin needs a wash.. Anyone wanna wash together?

Also, I'm going to JB on wednesday evening. Anyone wanna join me?

 

Yesterday was quite aon unlucky day for me.. Bike dropped. right side.. my beautiful RXZ catalyser header cracked. GOing in to JB to look look see see how much to change. Other than that...

 

I need to change my exhaust header. something loose inside, and needs a change. Any cheaper alternatives? Uncle Soh, & space, you all talking about SS header. WHat's that about ? is it a temporary measure?

Uncle Soh, Is there any aftermarket exhaust we can change to? a better sounding one which allows the bike to hit 10kmph on gear 5? the stock one limits it.

the carb turning is done by the mech but not much improvement. I'm told to remove the silencer but i was wondering if a legal aftermarket could solve this problem+ produce the damm sweet sound of the silencer removed. heee...

lately my rw tends to wobble alot. especially at gears 3 and 4. my handle bar will wobble violently from left to right. i have to quickly change gear to stop it. why is it like tat?

r125's exhaust is hot! somemore it's a 4 stroke, economical. yamaha brand oso means parts more readily available.

how much pressure shd the tyres be?

 

my past experience with my bicycle at petrol kiosk air pump was tat when i insert the pin in, all the air comes out. how shd we do a proper check? i scared this may happen on my bike.

alternatively, take out the header n send for weld.

cost $10 per job at weld shop in any industrial estate.

don't waste $180 for a new one.

 

What do I tell them to do?

"uncle, take out, and weld.."
