spacerevo, i think ur problem is due to wear and tear i suppose? for my point of view, roadwin has simple maintenance and its a good commuter bike. i suggest if u are that speedemons on the roads, roadwin is not the bike. so far i thought ur bike ok? so much problems, just bear with it. in the end, u will feel satisfied with ur roadwin just like i do.

Hihi uncle soh haha...went down to cka last saturday to change my tyres...apparently got one daystar rider also parked in the same carpark with me la.....so coincidental. Anyways, his daystar was fully modded, i din even realize that it was a daystar till I saw him at cka last sat noon!! damn....

Regarding the exhaust, I believe that theres one legal aftermarket exhaust that can fit on the roadwin...Gileras are using that brand...cant seem to get the name from the back of my head...it appears that the end pipe can be fitted on a roadwin....but thats what i heard la..so take it with a pinch of salt unless u do see a roadwin fitted with that pipe. Should set you aside by $350++ for the pipe.

My next appointment with cka will be to do a top end overhaul..finally!! of coz will be changing to the 140cc piston instead.

Hmmmm....it also appears that the new batches of daystar are having issues....lots of it are coming back to cka for some sort of issues (those FBB plates onwards....

yes...its quite amazing....4 years straight with this bike and no major issues :) I'm surprised that the bike is able to last that long

Thanks Mr StSoh..

anyway, my rw is doing ok. and i'm quite happy with it. occasionally need some adapting, but as long as it doesnt break down i'm happy :) i guess regular care taking is required. but at least it has less probs than some other bikes..
