Hi guys, anyone here have a xciting 400i matte white?? Is it possible to share a photo of it?? Thank you very much in advance!!!

Can't see the matt with pics alone. It's just pearl white without the gloss coat.

Look like this without the gloss.

Do note,

Xciting 300 and 400 do not share the same outlook for the tail section.

Only the head section are the same.

Hi TSH,

Er...I only rode the bike for a new so basically I can't really advise much but haven ridden the 300 and 400 I wud say the 400 is a much better machine and their engine is totally different (300 is using the Honda's Technology whereas the 400 is using BMW's). The 300 is more fuel ecomonical than the 400 which I was able to get bout 28-30km/l. Bike is very nimble but 400 will be even better.

The 300 is also lighter throttle than the 400 but the 400 is much powerful than 300. One thing I dun like about the 300 is after a while, you'll need to have the rollers, u-shoes maintain/change otherwise it produce a "glek glek glek glek" sound when idling which agitate me alot but I guess that's just me and part and parcel of maintainance. Otherwise, the bike is really fine and I couldn't really find any fault with the bike.

The price quoted seems ok but you will have to check the bike carefully cos I dun believe the bike would be covered under the lemon law lol (correct me if i'm wrong). At the same time, I would suggest you to take a look at the new Xciting 400i and fyi, MS does not bring in the 300 anymore so if you prefer a 300, then you'll have to get a used machine. Why don't you pay MS a visit? Look for the handsome Wong and he should be able to assist you. Who knows, he might be kind enuf to let you test ride both bikes and you can decide from there whether you still want a 300 or who knows you might fell in live with the 400 instead (which I did lol).

I hope I have answer your doubts in a way or another but if there's anything else you wanna know, just feel free to let me know. :)

tec;8005833']Am deciding to change my stock tire. Can anyone kindly give some feedback for diablo scooter' date=' michelin pure power and feel free? Or what do u guys think is a balanced tire for grip and mileage?[/quote']

Tire for scooter? I haven't use any of them so can't comments but diablo has been confirmed a good tire so is feel free by alot of peers. The only down side is the tires wear faster due to the softer compound. We also have ppl who just change to the pure sc and am waiting for e review of this tire.

I pump front 29 and rear 32 feels ok to me. The other day the mech pump more for front and rear too bumpy for me. Like what you says feels funny especially the steering. Maybe you can try to lower air pressure.

It sure isnt as good as those u mentioned but i am de kind who will adjust my riding style to adapt to de tire so im more or less fine with it.

But im seriously considering de pure sc due to the dual compound.

If diablo is out for u so will feelfree cos they are all of softer compound which will wear out faster.

Have u tried dunlop? Actually i find its not bad but jap tires are really expensive.

I google for pure sc and most reviews were the tire worn out faster than expected.

I don't find any problem with the grip even on the wet. Maybe I don't ride too aggressively. Just smooth put on the curves.

There's was once I throttle too heavy in the middle of the curve and I almost lost the grip l. Guess with this scooter we need to learn how to ride smooth. Cheers...
