Fyi, im not implying that students don't ride kups and that workers dun ride S4 or any of those.. Given the resources that we have printing brochures and after going through loads of carparks in NUS, it more prudent to not put on JB bikes and uncle2 lookalike bikes bcoz it will be wasting resources..

 

It's not as easy as you think man.. If we are sponsored free flyers, we will jolly well put on all bikes in NUS, but unfortunately, we're not. All these are coming out of our own pockets and suran/wadi have kindly volunteered their time to put flyers on the campus bikes.

 

So please be mindful of their efforts yeah?

Btw, don't worry about not being able to distinguish. I thought your flyer was a "summon" from some sort of NUS traffic authority so i was glad I didn't get it at first. A closer look and I found the club that I've been wanting to join before I even had a bike. Yeap.

 

Intro about myself. My full name is Ferrino but u can call me Eno. I'm a computer engineering freshman. Living in Tampines. Now, plotting my route and TIMINGs to evade all the damn ERP in the morning. (mind u, on my first day, i walk through 3 ERPs in the morning)

not just their knee, half of the butt is off the seat too. its to lower the CG force without over leaning the bike. i'm still trying to get the hang of it also.

hanging off the bike and sticking out the knee should come naturally at the right speed and lean angle. if it feels awkward, then most likely u are doing it wrong. Not necessary to hang off the seat for every corner, must consider corner entry, lining and speed. for more info pls ask our nus lacer CS.

wah guys.. today smth really nice happen.. i hafta share with u guys.. u guys might know this MO guy by the name of ET.. i was on another forum when i encountered this.. apparently ET shipped in the easton bars and sold to this guy by the name of deedaayaw.. and i bought it over from deedaayaw cos he sold the bike before the handlebar even reach him.... thing is.. i realised that the mounting screws on the mounting clamp was missing.. one on each side.. so i called deedaayaw and he refered me to ET..

 

thing is ET juz called me and admitted its his fault that he didnt know the screws were sold seperately and there was two ways to do it.. one was fabricate a screw the other was ship the easton screws in.. well i choose the ship in option and asked how much it'll cost.. but he offered to pay for it as he admits its his fault.. now lets juz wait for 2 weeks for it to get shipped in and for my bar to be mounted... hahahahha!!!

 

well reasons i didnt choose the fabricate option, a fab screw might not be strong enuf.. plus if the mech fab from my previous screw then the stock mounting clamps cant be sold as a set..

 

all in all i greatly admire ET for his honestly and help though i didnt deal directly with him.. UPPZZZ for this guy man..

oh and today i realised the pros of a loud exhaust.. today my maths lect from 6-8pm.. then dunno why everyone wan to walk on the road.. lol.. but ok la.. i sent them scampering like rats.. wahahhaha.. well.. loud exhaust helps to get notice.. thus preventing accidents.. hahaha.. juz kidding.. what a way to put it.
