the carparks are not free for bikers, but the parking for motorcycles are free , and from our knowledge, at least up to end of AY 07/08, semester 1

I bet you can use ur bike to commute elsewhr other then sch rite? Maybe can join the guys for some kopi, mugging, rounding and/or botak jones outing!!

if one remembers the original purpose of rag n flag... flag was to raise money for charity thru flag day, old clothes collection..etc.. rag was to put up a chingay-like show to thank the public for donations..i think rag used to be done in town

 

 

Flag is still ok..but it's very competitive among halls n facs in order to get best in flag, most funds raised etc.. there was an email flying ard 2 yrs ago, when a KEVII guy got threatened by flag comm. to be booted out of hall cos he refused to go for flag... they set up 4-5 am, mind u..

 

 

rag is the worst... to thank the public, and the public is usually represented by nathan, who as far as i remember, din come last yr. So in short, it's a competition to use old recycled materials (or so they claim) to make floats to compete (again). The focus is now faculty or hall glory, damn sad...
