yeah.. went there b4.. the appointment dates are damn long sia.. i think about a month or so.. general teeth cleaning about $80 i think...

 

yea the dental centre there not subsidized one it's private patient rate with government hosp service lol.

 

mm the faculty of dentistry yr 3 yr 4 students are doing scaling and polishing 20 bucks i tink and they do a much more thorough job cos must follow textbook and nid to let prof assess. tho downside is that takes a bit longer than outside

I dun think that alone have the slightest impact to stop me n my sis from our current university education.. my dentist at pulau tekong....i extracted out my wisdom tooth there with joy... i din get to see her face at first coz she wears mask...den a few days after the extraction i passed by the medical centre...this cute looking lady asked hows my tooth...how the hell she knows...den i realised she was the dentist... i was speechless at that time...not coz of my tooth...

wah lau.. new bus lanes along bukit timah road (from bt panjang area all the way almost to clementi). The morning jams had been bad along the 3 lane road, with the bus lane there are only 2 lanes now!

 

This morning also damn suay.. arrive at the bt timah erp gantry just as the erp clock turned to 8.00am. thankfully got red light, so i could get my cash card out from my box.

tell me abt it. i stay at hillview and when the bt timah erp switches on, traffic redirects into hillview ave to siam the erp. i have a traffic jam right in my estate, no need to warm up bike...juz roll into the traffic jam and wait for bike to overheat...

3 motorcycle deaths in 2 days

MR MOHAMMAD Ali could barely walk, yet he insisted on bearing his wife's body all the way to her grave.

 

The 38-year-old motorcyclist was the victim of an accident which left his 25-year-old wife, Ms Norazirah Ajis, dead and him with severe abrasions on the arms, and an injured right foot.

 

Though still hurt, he requested an early discharge from hospital so he could attend her funeral on Tuesday, still wearing the hospital-issued shirt over a pair of jeans.

 

On Monday afternoon, the couple were travelling from their home in Yew Tee to visit Mr Mohammad's mother in Clementi when their motorcycle was struck from behind by a car.

 

Ms Norazirah was run over by the car after the collision, which happened on the Pan-Island Expressway, near the Corporation Road exit.

 

The driver of the car, a man in his late 50s, has been arrested for drink driving.

 

It was the third fatal motorcycle accident to occur in two days. All of them were also on the PIE.

 

On Sunday, at around 3pm, Mr Mustaffa Nordin, 25, skidded as he tried to negotiate a bend along the expressway.

 

He collided with the side rails, and died later from severe injuries.

 

Then, in the early hours of Monday, 19-year-old Yau Si Hui died when the motorcycle she was riding pillion on, was hit by a swerving car.

 

The teenager, who worked as a sales assistant, was said to enjoy going out on bike rides with her friends.

 

According to the Traffic Police, fatalities involving motorcyclists and pillion riders rose by 19.6 per cent, from 46 between January and June last year to 55 in the same period this year.

Mustaffa Noordin was my secondary school senior.. Heard he skidded while in a wedding escort on clementi ave 6 infamous corner.. suffered internal bleeding..

 

lesson learnt from his incident.. please dun attempt the corner at clementi ave 6 towards from PIE to AYE.. i noticed a lot of small pebbles on that road in daily trips to school..
