i just got an italian bike too.......!!!!!! a VESPA heeheheh. downgrade for the moment while waiting to get my 2a license n bike.... :)

Say, what are the possible problems for a Duke if it hasn't been used for some months?

yo, Jade ... go run it and see how it goes. the owner got petrol or not? might have to bring :smile:

 

Seriously, when you go test it, let it run a while to make sure that it is fully lubed. The only problem I can think of would e the battery. Aside from that, I think it's ok.

A paddock stand is about $100 to $125. Depends on how well is the finishing etc. It comes with either a V-support for those bikes with bobbins (usually the sports bikes) or a flat L plate so that the swingarm can be supported.

 

Some comes with wheels; some without. No real difference there when it comes to usage. Motorworld got the V-support ons .. nice.

few months??definately batt all flat and petrol(if still have) all gone spoilt

Hey guys, I have a pair of Denso Iridium spark plugs, IWF24. The heat range is one slot colder than recommended (22), but it seems to work better in our hot weather. I used one pair on my bike, no problems at all.

 

Only for Ducati monsters MY1999 and older. (FP, FQ plate etc). If your bike has fouling problems during cold starts, but runs perfectly once warmed up, this might solve the problem. Going for $18 each. Call or SMS me 90040061 for quick deal! :D

Anyway to mod it back to twin low mount exhausts? Hee hee :D

 

I think Monsters should always come with low mounts, retain the classic look. I don't really like the twin rocket at the side look. And check out that pig sized chamber!

 

I like the color scheme though, something new. The 750/ 800cc monsters are always regarded as the best among the range.
