What a big difference after changing my clutch master. Got a fresh set of tyres as well. Time to do some serious riding.

the tank can last for 8 yrs. dunno the rest of the bike can or not.

 

Obviously cannot la. Most of it breakdown before 8 years. Unlike Japanese last forever. Only problem is their style breaks down after next year's facelift. Ducati style doesn't break down. That is the DUCATI difference. Hahahaha

Here is a calendar of events planned for April 2009.

 

Weekly Meetup is every Saturday from 8:30pm.

We will continue to meetup at South Buona Vista and move off at 10:30PM for a ride. Come for the kopi, teh, milo, coke . . .

 

We have some new destinations to check out and will have supper at different locations each week.

 

Ramli Burger, Satay and Nasi Lemak - April 4

We will be going to our friendly neighbour north the border to have extra special Ramli Burger, Satay and Nasi Lemak.

 

Meetup at the usual place for a push-off at 10:30PM.

1) Don't have a heavy dinner

2) Have enough petrol for approx 30km

3) Bring your valid passport

4) Bring Cashcard

5) Bring Malaysian Ringgit

6) Bring your bike and be properly attired for a late night ride

 

Ducati SLR- April 5

The Ducati Owners Club will be going for the Sunday Lunch Ride. Meetup at Esso Gelang Patah at 9:00AM for a 9:30AM push-off. It will be a relatively short ride, returning in time for the Malaysian F1 race.

 

Breakfast/Lunch Ride- April 18

We will be going to Pontian for breakfast and lunch in Muar. Meetup at Esso Gelang Patah at 7:30AM for a 8:00AM push-off.

 

Night Safari Supper - April 25

Last month's ride for Ice Cream at the Night Safari had 12 bikes. Keep up the attandance.

 

Let's keep the suggestions coming in for new makan places, ride destinations and activities.

I've got an original filter on the M400. Tried the K&N and it was not suitable as it had too much air flow. Had to put a restrictor on the filter housing to balance the air/fuel ratio, which then defeats the purpose of the K&N.

Hey guys, what is the fine for parking on double yellow lines for motorbike? Is it the same as car? $70? If not, can you show me the website or link that says otherwise. I kena fined for $70 for parking at double yellow. WTF?
