Yea, takes time and effort, but the results are worth it.

 

Cheaper, brighter, and definately more satisfying than an aftermarket one~!

Hihi, keen to get the taillight since my current out is out-of-order and wondering how much is the price tag for it? Can we install the light ourselves or need mechanic to do it?

jess1717: hi bro, the set cost abt 100-180(depends on which u get..LED brakes onli..just the LED board or full set.. etc) according to their listed price on the US webby.. alot of ducatimonster.org guys did it themselves..the kit comes with instructions on fixin... the pricing is a little steep but i'm willing to pay a little more for the product's quality(plus the 1 yr warrenty)...u can do away with yr rear signals when u install e integrated set..coz it has built in LED signals..

 

 

i'm going down with vincekam this sat 11am.. he wanna check them out too and he mentioned he knows bryan fr Vector One . we might get it cheaper thru vincekam ! if u wan can get even cheaper !! then u can hav all yr enquiries answered as well...

Espido : Hey thanks for the link, but still dun really get the whole picture of the spec, only need need the LED brake light. Would love to go down to Vector with u guys tis sat to get a clearer picture unfortunately I'm not in town.

Here are my fuel consumption specs:

 

almost exactly 20km/l

Using primarily Shell 98 petrol

about 80% city riding, 20% highway

I have a passenger about 70% of the time.

 

Bike is a '98 M400, carburetored of course, using G.P.R aftermarket pipes. Consumption approximately the same as when i used the staintune pipes too.

 

Since we're talking fuel consumption, i was hoping you guys could share what petrol you all use, and if you notice any differences, please share your experiences and recommendations too!

My bike, with Termis and KnN Air filter, does about 22km/litre (140km/h highway cruising) or 24km/litre (street riding)

 

Anyways, my LEDs are 100% custom one off jobs for my bikes only, sorry. Too much trouble and effort. I'll try to get it fixed on Vince's bike again, so you all can go check it out, bwahahhaha~!

Yep, the pipes are 100% legal as confirmed verbally by the distributor and from the ECC 6 emissions markings stamped on the pipe itself. When i first got the pipes, asked my friend to ride me as pillion...no problem either, the heat was minimal although it is recommended to wear shoes if possible...there is a small risk of you brushing your toe against the (unshielded) header, but if you rest your feet out just a little, it's completely safe. My bike does about 20km/litre (120 to 140km/h highway cruising)

used to be 23km/litre (before ahem)

Everytime about 240KM of riding, the reserve led comes On and OFF.

That's when I look for the nearest gas station.

I like Shell V-Power
