He told me that he is riding Kawa 1300 CC bike. Actually he was. eventually i came to know that, even that kawa is also a COI bike from some innocent owner. Im not sure whether he is still riding that kawa. But Mr. Innocent owner, incase if he is still riding ur bike, all i can advise u, is please go and take back ur bike... before he takes it to malaysia permanently. Good Luck !!!

in future, if you guys want to COI your bike to a buyer.

Please make a black and white paper to state that the buyer have to bear for all those situation that done by him.

Provide his photo, NRIC, signature, fingerprint.

Failing to do so, don't COI your bike to them.

Its been known, that even with black and white, the person run away or do funny business. You are still stuck as the owner of that bike and in order to recover back, which is next to impossible. You have to be paying more to do a recovery.

 

Your best bet is to simply do a sale. Never mind the penalties. Because no matter how, the vehicle is an liability, not an asset.
