That piece u mentioned is very weak and breaks if share seat. i have asked someone to mould carbon fibre for it and now temp i am using aluminum plate to cover. it's strong enough to share seat too.

OK has anyone got any info on the colours we'll be getting for the '07 6R and 10R?

Have decided to hold off getting a bike till the '07 kawas are in town.

Body-coloured lower fairing, black exhaust shields and new colours.

 

Guys, the US market is getting the Passion Red, Blue, Lime Green (with ugly graphics), black and the SE black w/flames. The problem is we don't get US bikes, we get the Euro models which do not come in the same colours as the US market. For example we didn't get the Pearl Solar Yellow and SE titanium w/flames for the '06 models.

 

I'm interested specifically in what colours the singapore market is going to get.

Guys i just need a rough estimation on your insurance rates, in particular the '04 guys. I'm assuming most of you are with AIG (or whatever they're called now)?

Just put a deposit down on a Nov '04 10R! Will be collecting my new baby at the end of the month, now i just need to sell my TLS.

 

Turns out i'll be paying just under $1200 for 1st party cover from AIG.

Ok guys another question! The 10R i'm getting was registered in Nov 2004. However i'm not sure if it's the 04 or 05 model.

 

How do i tell the diff for bikes that came to singapore? Smaller rear signal lights? Flush mounted indicators? Different colour "R" (gold or red) sticker on the tail?

Where the hell can i get accessories for our bikes? Was looking for a tankbra, headlight protectors and sliders that don't require cutting into the fairing.

 

Tried Looi's, nothing. Tried Motoworld, they only had Shogun sliders which required cutting. Tried Evershine but they didn't have the rear seat cowl in black.
