wish ur oreo speedy recovery

brought 0re0 to his usual groomer...

 

don't know what happen, he came back totally bald, skin head... with scratches, cuts and holes on his neck, chin, hind legs, @rsehole (just below the tail), armpits, tummy

 

Whiskers, eye lashes, eye browns all gone...

 

asked the groomer what happened, he said he was using a new shaver (what kinda lame excuse is that??) what has a new shaver got to do with him getting cuts and scratches all over? i think its just a really lame excuse.

 

If you're good at what u do, doesn't matter if you're using a new shaver or an old one, the dog won't be cut and scratched until like that??

 

all he did was just say sorry, its only the skin that kena, will be ok in one or two days... it has been 3 days, 0re0 looks just as sore, if not worse. told the groomer I want to bring him to the vet, and he'll have to foot the bill, he said he'll give 0re0 some cream to apply... i insisted i want to bring him to the vet, he said, i want to take a look at 0re0.

 

wtf man.... he'll be coming down to take a look at 0re0 tonight. I don't know what cream/ medication he'll give... but i know i'm going to screw him again when i meet him tonight.

 

Wah ! If is me i think i will make a big hoo ha man. Maybe cant control myself start #@!#!#$ the groomer upside down. But i think you request for clean shave ? Oreo having skin prob or ticks ? If not it is not recommended to shave them botak 1.

sian. my mom doesn't like him sheding fur all over the place... i didn't ask for a clean shave... just a normal shave, so the fur will be shorter. everytime bring him down for grooming, my mom will stay there, that day, just one day didn't stay, this kinda things happen...

Hope ur Oreo is recovering. I just can't stand these irresponsible ppl!

 

I brought my baby to a groomer years back and only after i collected him then realised that they accidentally cut him or sth. WTF. They shld at least inform me after that. Was so angry. After tat incident my baby goes mad during grooming sessions. And i make sure i stay THROUGHOUT his session too. Dunno wat they might just do to him/accidentally do..

 

Recently he went grooming then towards the end of the session the girl carried him out saying his left eye like bleeding. say likely is becoz BEFORE that he hurt himself or sth. i was so pissed. but all i can think of at tat pt in time is rush him to the vet. the girl can even tell me to use NORMAL eyedrops can le. maybe is coz eyes dirty or wat. in the end the vet says is blood vessel burst and some slight scratches on his eye.

 

Anyone has any good groomers to recommend?

I recently went to Happy Pets in Yishun.. Good i would said. Patient n good skills. Price is reasonable too. The groomer lulu is a canadian certified groomer as mentioned on her name card. If u guys are interested can google for their address.

 

I wonder hw those groomer pass their test when they are so careless...

the groomer came down yesterday, applied some cream on his wounds... seems to be getting better. at least the sore parts have dried up...

 

told him, if anything else happens, you'll have to bare the full cost.

yeah. he did come... and of course its not only the cost.... his wounds have dried up from applying the cream, but he's still scratching. Just afraid he will scratch until he starts bleeding again...

Hmmm i have a house caller groomer neighbour in the East. Last time she often groom furkids on the void deck with owners sitting beside, chatting. but duno her skills gd ornot cos my boy no much fur to trim lol:P

pet shops dun allow cos when the owner is ard.. these furkids cant concentrate or behave durin the groomin session. very dangerous for the dogs leh..
