Hi FJR friends, nice ride to Pontian yesterday. Looking forward to the next outing.

A question, my bikes self-diagnosis system flashes error code 24. Called up Yamaha today to ask which part is defective they unwilling to disclose, strange..

Anyone here has the service manual to enlighten?

ye, end of march i was searching for FJR and i came to bikepro to ask and he say he don't sell FJR...

And then i ask abt STX and was quote 25k OTR.

At the time, FJR was selling at about 27 OTR for me from other shop...

I settle with STX cause its my dream bike, but then its too ex for me during past few yrs and i didn't see any 2nd hand also...

But in the end i saw my current ride and its within my price range and mileage was good, that's why i settle with it...

Anyway i didn't take loan, so maybe is because this the shop all wanna quote me higher as they can't earn my interest money...

Went over to HKL this morning and have my tires replaced with Bridgestone BT021 for $360. Lots of stock came in and the shop is practically pile up with Bridgestone tires.

The mechanic was so kind to take out my drive shaft to apply grease onto it for free.

Did not get the free digital pressure gauge due to all given out already.

It doesn't make any difference whether a motorcyclist has the right-of-way or not, the rider is the one most likely to get hurt.

Got a helmet bag from Bridgestone Battlax which is of no use to me since I don't use them.

Mechanic say leave my contact number with them, will call me when they have stock.

I didn't even bother because I know they will never do it even when it arrives.

Morning guys, rem i mentioned on the error code? I just installed the PC and ride pretty fast to test it out last weekend. But code 24 appeared when i'm done with the test. The mechanic told me that i cannot full bore on my throttle for too long so that the error code will not appear. Does anyone of you face the same prob? Basically how i got rid of the error code is plug in the oxygen sensor then plug out again, the error is gone. But I was adviced not to full throttle to agressively.. Logic?
