Last year I went direct to Woodlands NTUC office to renew after getting a quotation from them thru email.

Direct discount : 5%

Loyalty discount : 5%

 

Bought Third party + Fire + Theft for $469

I just let my agent earn even though i did everything myself.

 

My amounts to $459 before GST. But on the day kenna parking summon $70.

Ya ya, i'm oso curious. I told the person that I had a friend with another 5% discount cuz he has life insurance policy with NTUC. But the man said thats already in the loyalty discount.

I m now at ChiangMai oledi, been complete Golden Triangle, Mae Sai and the whole MHS loop oledi.... This journy is great ..... and e rd condition always cought me by surprice.... Will back to Sg this Sat and will post some of my pic here.... Might consider doing this route again....

They indicated "5% Other Discount". Never say what 'Other" means

 

I paid S$568, inclusive of S$25 premium for S$1000 coverage on accessories.

That means, my nett premium is S$543 for TPFT. Plus rad tax $500..really burnt a hole back then sia

Think age of the vehicle also plays a major part...yours is '06 model leh...mine is only '04..

Think loyalty discount is given when you renew MOTOR insurance with them for the second year onwards. "Other Discount" is given if you have existing life policy with them.
