We am sorry for the unhappy encounter at our Eunos workshop. As for the problems you encountered after leaving our workshop, you should had contacted us for assistance. We will defintely try our best to rectify the situation.

 

We are thanking you for your feedback. Of course, from what you had mentioned, the fault could be due to my junior mechanic not doing a good job on your bike however we can only ascertain the situation only if your bike is around. I am sure that my manager or chief mechanic will be able to assit you in resolving the problems you encountered.

 

We understand that you are feeling very angry and upset over your bike issue. Do drop by when convienient, I am sure that this matter can be resolved amicably.

Whats wrong with them looking into the matter?? If you say its their fault, OK.. So be it.. Let them settle it... You dont need to Interfere with their business..

need to ask u something ... no offence though aight ...

 

Question: You r at a restaurant and you ordered hor fun(getting hungry!?)

and the waiter serves u ur food without bringing you ur utensils.

What would u do? :

A: Continue eating with ur hands?

B: Go to another restaurant?

C: Leave immediately and post about them on the Internet(Stomp maybe)?

 

I hope you see where i am going with this. If u did even choose any of the above,which u have obviously done, then u have made a mistake.

 

I need to strictly emphasise to everyone who goes to any shop and not just here. It would only make complete sense that if you are not completly satisfied with the service rendered to u, you GO back. It is just so simple.

 

I hope everyone will read this and give it a try. Take up my challenge on this tweaky. Go back there tell them ur problems and see what they say. IF, and i stress on the IF, they say ur bike is done liaoz,not our problem, then u come in here with ur hoo haa...

 

Upon collecting ur bike, travelling one round would have been sufficient to have spotted that sth was wrong with ur bike, but u decided to make it worse by travelling further to Ubi to get it checked and fork out some more cash.

I myself know that living in the 21st century is in a way hard, coz of the temptation to use the internet as and when we please. As u have read in the news, many people have been arrested for doing un-lawful acts. I believe this thread was created with a purpose to it but some people have been mis-using it. Haiz!

 

Anyways, as for Mr Tweaky,

no hard feelings what so ever. But trust me, if u take up my challenge, it will only gurantee ur satisfaction.

upz 4 ure service....friendly to customer i 1st time go there btw....hmm only ure slope 2 high..i no energy push up that steep slope:p

 

about OWS Syntholite 800 Fully Synthetic Engine Oil so far so good...quite surprise its smooth...will be going back to this shop 4 further EO change

up for unique... though the price is nt one of the cheapest as i had compared wif other bike shops, but the good service there is just so tempting... =) hopefully unique will have a more "unique" pricing soon...

 

and for ppl who have bad experience at unique motor, i personally went there for servicing b4 coz my bike will juz die off when i ride halfway.. and i heard alot of gd comment abt dis bike shop, so i went all the way to unique at eunos to service... the mechanic told mi i need a top service, so i juz did it... then the next day, they called mi and said i needed a top overhaul coz the condition of the piston is bad.. so i said ok and hope tat the problem will be solved.. so 2 days ltr, i went to collect my bike... it did felt better but the problem was nt fully rectified... sometimes it still died suddenly.. so i juz keep going back to rectify... after sometimes, the problem was finally solved... i was happy though i went there a few more times than expected...

 

its definitely nt v. near my house as i live at seng kang... but the service there is juz good... they're so friendly... went there for normal servicing oso... nw there's one outlet at defu, i guess there's no reason for mi nt to pay them a visit le... =)
