oh ok.. its not very well known that hello kitty started as a small print on a slipper and the original design is not the one that we are looking at now. it was after some bugger came in and change the looks to the present HK.

can't provide much details coz thats wat i remember =)

 

although Hk is borned in japan, it was widely merchandise in US. so basically it started at usa.

i feel that most gerls wants a hello kitty becos it brings out their 'inner child' behaviour. they go 'woo' , 'ahhh' and ' so cute'. Not saying all gerls are like that, but most ladies or gerls would or should like a HK.

 

Ya, some guys do prefer HK too. I mean there are guys which are fanatic over women or anime figurines (otaku) so its not really funny to see guys go crazy over HK too.
