Just sharing on what I did for my S4S3... saw a base for pillion seat replacement before but obviously none for S4 so here's what I did...

no such thing as angle spacer/washer so have to mod myself...

Tot of putting silicon around the hole area but i just had no time coz need this for work. What i did was ask the uncle to put a layer of wrap material around the bolts (unstretch) before putting the actual wrap (stretch) so that the hole is minimise.

 

Another thing i use is the rubber spacer. I would have put silicon so that it would form a layer of waterproofing in between the rubber spacer & seat wrap. Maybe next time.
