if the voltage is rising, then it should be ok what... take the batt out and charge it.. 12.8V... then put it back in.. the bike would start. ride around ur area, go to the expressway, hit 100kmh then come back to the carpark and test the voltage again.

turn the throttle, the voltage should go up.. if now after going for a ride and the voltage dosen't increase, it means most likely, there is a loose connection somewhere. (the vibration and wind cause it to come loose)

fixing this electrical probs ourselves usually means alot of trial and error la..if this cannot try that, that also cannot then try something else.

so now, try taking the batt out and charge it..

It's your damn bike, wash it yourself! You rinse your own mouth after you eat, don't you?

His voltage isn't rising.....

Rather than try to work out whats wrong, bring your bike to a trusted mech to have them sort it out.

At least you know your battery is not charging. You've changed your batt and rectifier so it either a loose connection(which i doubt) or a mag coil gone kaput.

If you really want to be sure before going to your mech, test the voltage of the wires from your batt all the way to the magnetic coil connections.

but he said when he throttle, the voltage goes from 10+ to 11+ mah...

or maybe should check... is it rising smoothly or sort of flickering as in jumping up and down not consistently?

coil is a funny thing..

when it is abt to spoilt, it will charge the batt when the bike isn't very hot..

when the bike is hot, the charging will cease and stop..
