Help in generating ideas..

For the past months, I have been parking outside a McD resturant in the middle of the night to prepare my papers for the examinations. I parked just along a double yellow line. As I am siting at the window seat, I thought that when the parking warden come, I could rush in time to move my vechicle away. But for the past months, other than occasional police cars drive by, I didn't see any government vehicles around.

Recently, I receive a letter of summon from the traffic police that I have been summoned for parking along a double yellow line. When I check through the online system, I found out that in face they summon me on 2 consecutive days. Haiz.. I am only parking there for my studies, you can say that I want to save that night coupon money to park in the carpark but I thought that I could watch out for any wardens. But apart from the police cars, I cannot really think of anyone that is so free to issue summon in the middle of the night.

Now I do need help from you to help me generate possible ideas that I could appeal for my fine.

Thanks.

You should have park your motorcycle in the car park and not on the road as there will pose danger not only to your bike, but also to other road user.

So, next time park your bike at the car park.
