Subrider transfer ownership

Hi

 

My bike is under my brother name and insurance is under my brother ad I am the subrider. If he wanna transfer ownership of the bike to me, do I have to get a new policy with me as the main rider or the current policy with me as the subrider is possible?

 

Any1 got such experience. Thanks.
