any1 noe wea i can find info on the "new" lanes at singapore custom... how do i register for tat..? sry i nvr take note wat's the name of tat new systems...

That topic got ask b4 here.. That the Fast lane is called B.I.K.E.S... You try ICA website see can find anot.. That lane only for single rider.. No pillion allowed..

for this i juz apply hmm maybe 1 mth le...only can do it at the two check point in office hrs...For woodland is juz after the chop passport there BLK E (can ask the cisco people there)

1. valid passport

2. they'll take a neoprint of u.

 

for singaporeans (or singapore bikes) dun need cashcard/autopass.

 

go apply for it. i applied for fun but i end up using the fast lane almost every time i enter JB for cheap badawi petrol.

yup. ask the customs official (or any uniformed people, except the gurkhas) they'll tell u where. dont shy2 u'll not gain anything in life being shy2.

 

oh ya they'll also take both left and right thumb prints.

yup i almost did sweat like a pig last night at 1st link at 11pm..thanks to BIKES i got home 20mins later, sweat free.

 

topping up petrol i prefer to go monoposto. can use BIKES! if got pillion then LPPL have to sweat and smell fumes.

i not rich nor i hav any flashy bikes... if u scare tis, scare tat then spend ur dollars on spore petrol then.. i will spend my ringgits on jb petrol..

the BIKES so call "fast lane" no always fast, depend, sometime if there are many bikes q in the lanes, i experienced it that the normal lane clear faster than the "fast lane" becos the detour split lane to fast lane is so near the normal lane, so if the q start from as far as the back than is LPPL.

 

But, to enter back S'pore at woodlands chk point than the fast lanes definately "fast".

i've always wanted to register B.I.K.E.S but they operate during office hour, which i am also working.

When i go over at midnight or weekends, they are colsed.

and seems like Blk E at woodlands check point is the only place to register.

btw, is it yearly or forever registration ?

shd b forever bah, not sure thou.. but for PR, nid to re-register after u renew re-entry permit.. i think on the way back frm JB, at spore custom after the chop passport got 1 small room on the left side.. tat 1 i think oso can register...

i feel that the B.I.K.E.S lane at Woodlands checkpt (Going into JB) should extend longer leh.. maybe mark out another lane starting from the point where they segregate the vehicles and the bikes and one middle lane for BIKES users..

 

we wont have to get stuck in the jam all the way to reach the BIKES lane..
