do you prefer swimming pools or beaches ?

Both are OK with me. Swimming pools more convenient cos the changing room and bathroom are nearby. At the beach, have to walk a distance...

Good... keep it going and swimming is good for building your back muscle that prevent slip disc or any back problem in old age. You swim for good health too. Swim more and eventually your stroke will be as graceful as tai chi. Do not forget... swimming is an art. :)

On the next level, try taking part in event such as biathlon or master swim to keep your inspiration grow and you will feel more encouraged and motivated. Form a group swim to meet once a week does help. Cheer~~
