Mee magiie cepat dimasak cepat dimakan....

 

 

mee maggie power

 

MAGGI LADNA PEDAS

 

Bahan-Bahan:

4 bungkus maggi [celur dan toskan]

100 gm udang

100 gm sotong [dipotong]

100 gm isi ayam [dipotong]

1 pokok sawi [dipotong]

sedikit kobis

2 cawan stok daging

2 sudu besar kicap pekat

2 ulas bawang putih [ditumbuk]

1 sudu besar tepung jagung + air

1 s/k lada hitam

1 biji telur

Minyak masak & garam

 

Cara:

1. Panaskan sedikit minyak masak dalam kuali. Masukkan maggi & kicap pekat. Gorengkan selama 2 minit.

2. Angkat & masukkan ke dalam pinggan.

3. Tumiskan bawang putih hingga garing.

4. Masukkan sos tiram, sawi, kobis, ayam, sotong, udang, garam & stok daging.

5. Kemudian masukkan bancuhan tepung jagung dan lada hitam & masak hingga mendidih.

6. Tuangkan dalam pinggan ada maggi.

bawang merah + bawang puti

udang/ayam

pes cili

kicap

sos tiram

sos tomato & cili

sayur hijau

 

1. Tumis bawang merah/putih,kacau hingga kuning-kuning sikit,

2. pastu bubuh la udang ker,ayam ker sampai masak

3. pastu masukkan pes cili (cabai boh),kicap sikit,sos tiram sikit,sos cili/tomato sikit,

4. kalau pekat sgt,bubuh air sikit

5. masukkan sayur kesukaan korang

6. last sekali maggi yg dah dicelur.tapi jgn biar lama sgt nanti lembek tak sedap plak.

 

 

Ahhhhh per lagi pi la masak................. hujan gini lapau perut

its a suzuki k4 600. the guy leaves 2nd floor. lift landing staircase. he was driving for a while
