ni bukan diet lah.. Iya tak biasa makan besar lepas satu hari perut kosong.. nanti peruk Iya sakit.. Iya nak kena isikan ngan makanan ringan2 den tunggu for 1 or 2 hour gitu.. baru leh makan makanan berat..
