bro & sis, aku nak tanya sikit abt moto S4. Aku dah biasa kat sini, so malas nak tanya kat S4 forum kat sebelah tu. Apa bezanya PB1, Ver-R & Ver-S? Aku dgr 1 is parallel import than the others. Apa bezanya if dibandingakn dgn performance, mileage, parts, looks etc?

 

Aku saw in the forum that funkychicken aka Fazlee selling his dad's FN plate PB1 at $3k, then another guy selling FQ Ver-S at abt the same price.

Project Big 1 - First production of Super 4 series. Pasal tu design a bit like 80s naked bike. Tayar configuration only max. 150mm (width) unlike V-tec 1,2,3(160mm) and Hornet (180mm). Few flaws abt this bike - coolant, rectifier, CDI needs frequent replacement.

 

Version S - Similar engine to PB1. But with sporty look ie sleek tank design. Performance improved due better response with introduction of watever valves (aku rasa) by the carburetor. Tayar similar to PB1.

 

Version R - Mirror image of Ver S. Slight diff to the outlook - this model comes with HEad Cowl with square headlight. Performance wise similar to Ver S.

 

This is my POV on these few bikes. Based on akunyer feedback received from some rider last time (bukan cut n paste from internet or watsoever)......

 

Parallel import tu, aku kurang pasti tapi kalau tak silap is either Ver R or S.....

 

Tapi nowadays, these reviews tak begitu penting kerana they are more than 5 years old....almost 95% of the parts have been refurbished....

 

All depends on the previous owner(s).... :goodluck:
