My working hours, walaupun 9 to 6, i tak pernah balik on the dot. Im the type suka finish off my things, then urgent things semua settle, so normally i go back ard 7 to 8 without OT Pay! mind you.. oh yeah.. their medical benefit same like what wan getting>> limit of 20 bucks per visit. I didnt want to sign, but she made me sign saying its a must, before she could pass me alll the confidential things. I was not soo happy abt the annual leave.. tot wanna tell hubby first, but i had to sign cos she said, it might hinder work progress if im gonna take one day for that..

understand ur situation since dari dulu lagi (about fetching ur son to & fro) :sweat:

 

but u dah hantar notice eh? :giddy:

 

beside being able to be multi-tasking, your company shud show more appreciation by AT LEAST increase ur basic pay.... :mad:

 

but w/o much benefits, i think i hafta agree with u :bouncefire:

 

so u r returning to the WEST side, hehehe.....bole lah join OT2 lunch-up again :clap:

 

me pun tgh MC sampai end of da month, nak lunch-up hari2 pun bole :cheeky:

The resignation came, after i was F_Cked hard for coming in late by 6 minutes.. Next day, dia datang earlier than my, to check what time im coming.. shacks issnt it? Expect me to do OVertime without pay.. tapi datang kerja still have to be before 9..

 

Padahal the lateness surfaced pasal im still trying to adapt to the new arrangement of sending and fetching my son from CCK-AMK-CCK. soo unreasonable!

Selepas makan kuih kuih raya, ketupat ,rendang tu semua..

 

why not ada orang pergi ORganise a badminton session ke?? yang kerja kat cc boleh lah tolong bookkan ke untuk kita semua.
