Single light cream is the type of cream most commonly used for cooking. However, this type of cream should not be boiled as it will curdle. Also, always add hot liquids to the cream rather than the cream to the liquids, in order to avoid curdling. Single(light) cream has an 18 percent fat content.

Rossi went in but his front wheel did not overtake Sete's juz as Sete was starting to lean, Rossi should have put on the brakes to avoid the collision.

There was also an onboard view of the collision fron Rossi right hand side.

It showed that Sete was always ahead of him.

From all the findings, pictures, video clips, I settle that its a race and the results is fair.

 

1) Sete left a big Gap for Rossi.

2) Rossi did not 'overtake' Sete.

 

Both made mistakes thus both desevre the results.
