Kisah benar ... caught on video & pix ... se-ekor dugong telah terlepas pd kira2 jam 1430hr tadi, dan ....

 

Sorry eh, berita lanjut nak kena tunggu malam sikit .... boleh include the clip sekali :sweat:

Laporan khas dari seorang saksi.........

 

 

"Pada 2.30 petang, saya telah turun ke basement carpark! Setibanya saya di basement, saya ternampak seekor dugong terlepas lalu berkeliaran mengelilingi tembok bulat dengan sampan bermotor merah putih.

Kejadian ini turut disaksikan oleh seorang Mat Salleh yang kebetulan berada di situ. Mat Salleh dapat memujuk si Dugong untuk melepaskan sampan merah putih itu dan menaiki sampan `rasaksa' beliau.

Namu disebabkan kerosakan teknikal, beliau tak dapat menaiki sampan bermotor `rasaksa' itu. Lalu si Dugong mencapai sampan bermotor birunya lalu beredar dari tempat kejadian sebelum pihak SPCA tiba!" :faint:

Rasa2nya mcm OK pasal dugung carpark tu private property, means takde TAA, LTA, MAA, AIA yg akan masuk mengacau or ada authority to it ... melainkan there are criminal act yg telah berlaku at that bldg :sweat: . Mcm tu lah sikit lebih kurang aruah nenek aku pesan. Lain lah kalau at HDB carpark :sweat:

Menurut sumber yang boleh dipercayai, setelah dugong tu menaiki sampan bermotor "rasaksa" tu.........tiba-tiba gravity seperti berkurangan menyebabkan ekor si Dugong tak dapat mencecah bumi. :faint: :cheeky:
