Mencurahkan kefrustration sahaja .. lagi pun langit dah cerah balek :smile:

 

Dua tiga kucing berlari yg lalu, aku & BP ada go kedai motor to look-c-look-c USED class-2 bike. Bual punya bual punya nego punya nego to ONE particular bike, tu orang kedai, mati2 nak masukan GST (keyword there is USED). Thats, kindof turned me OFF pasal it is mcm daylight robbery. Anybody ada got FIRM explainantion of how this GST works? Pasal ilmu yg nenek aku turunkan dulu (now she dah mati), says GST is ony for NEW goods charged by a company yg mempunyai turnover bernilai

 

Eg, kalau say that kedai menjual motor baru to ME, then aku pay GST (tax yg kena dibayar to the government). Setahun kemudian say aku jual to them balek & dibeli pulak oleh BP, they got NO RIGHT to charged BP 1 more time. Aku believe they as an establish business entity is fooly aware abt this, BUT simply wanna make fast bucks from buyers by pocketing the $$$ instead. Aku believe most buyers kindof no choice pasal ony they (motor shop) yg boleh kasi installment.

 

My view pertaining to this, kalau berkemampuan, buy CASH, direct from owner is the best, so kita boleh ada the 'upperhand' in negotiation. Cash matter??? boleh lah buat baik ngan bapak ker, pakcik ker yg baru nak kuar cpf :cheeky: atau maybe boleh pinjam TRUSTED kekawan ... TAPI BALEK LAH, hoii!!! kalau dah buat perjanjian tu (jgn keep on janji kosong mth after mth after mth punya gaji :mad: ). Kalau tak pun, maybe boleh personally arranged dgn (eg) Hitachi Credits (pandangan peribadi aku ajer :sweat: )

ituari amba gi renew insurance .. dah lah tak leh amik third party... ncd pon hilang ... actually can cut $30 .. tapik admin fee + aper aper fee ntah .. ncd use to pay so end up from last year 500 become this year490 .. 10 bucks diff .. sian lah...
